Returns with MA PR SALES are as simple as they can get.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days just send back the product and you can receive a replacement product or full refund at your discretion.

Notify our customer service department
All returns must be setup through our customer service department first. Please note that any item that shows avoidable physical abuse cannot be accepted (blown voice coils, cracked screens, etc). If your product has missing parts we will be glad to exchange it but if a refund is requested there will be deductions for the missing pieces (including the box and manuals).
Return Shipping
When returning an item to us please be sure to send it to the return center address given to you by our customer service staff. Returns sent to an address other than the one provided may experience delays in processing or refusal. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer so we strongly advise using a reliable carrier like UPS, FedEx or USPS. In addition, we suggest that you insure the item as we cannot be held liable until it is signed for by our return center. If you send your package with a reliable carrier, pack it well and fully insure it you shouldn't have any problems.

Exchanges
All exchanges will be shipped promptly after being checked in. If no change of address is requested the replacement item will be shipped to the original shipping address on the order. Please note that an exchange may not always be possible due to an item being out of stock.
