All in stock orders received by 2:00 pm Puerto Rico time will ship the same day!

All orders received after 2:00pm will ship the next business day. Business days are considered Monday through Friday and exclude all major US holidays and any days that our carriers do not ship. Please verify your address at checkout, in many situations your order is shipped immediately and the address cannot be changed.

All orders shipping to Puerto Rico, United States and mayor International countries. Our carriers is USPS, FedEx or UPS. If you are ordering outside of the Puerto Rico or continental United States the shipping charges on your order are the actual carrier shipping charges from the warehouse closest to you that can fulfill your order.

Shipping Damage:

Any item that receives damage during transit should be reported by e-mail within one business day. Please save all packing materials as we will have the carrier recollect the package and send you a new one at our expense.

Package Refusals or Wrong Address

Note: Any shipment that is refused or sent to the wrong address by a customer will be refunded minus our actual shipping charges.

Transit Times:

1.All orders within Puerto Rico will overnight delivery for 78 municipalities in most cases. 

2.The costs to the United States will have delivery of 1-3 working days depending on the type of shipment selected in the order.

3.International shipments is working by our partner Global Shopex and delivery time is 6-10 working days.
